What happens when we don’t become angry? What does this look like? How does it change the situation, our status, how we are seen? What do we have to lose? What are we afraid of if we choose not to be angry?
Anger is a cloak for fear. It helps us shift our fears to someone or something else. Fear is real…it’s part of being human. And it will show up, over and over again. Anger is an expression we choose. The real question…what can we do with fear instead of showing anger? How can we own our own fears, dance with them and even seek help to work through them? Anger accomplishes none of those. Choose wisely.
