I believe everyone has the potential to lead change and to develop a culture of making things better. My legacy work has revolved around this idea and specifically leading teams to design and execute memorable hospitality experiences…I call it “innkeeping”.
I also believe some people need a nudge, a spark of some kind...to see things a little differently and hopefully pivot with purpose. I receive a lot of personal joy and fulfillment when I can provide this sort of inspiration. My dream is to help people see their path more clearly and to help them achieve their own dreams…by helping them choose to start.
