…to make a difference.
Doing something with purpose, to be noticed, to be seen, to make things better is not a gift or the result of being lucky. It’s a choice. It’s a deliberate act to do more than just enough to get by...because that’s what makes the world a better place.
Load the dishwasher even when it’s not your turn. Practice free throws alone in the gym after the rest of the team has gone home. Rewrite the speech one more time to better make the point. Pick-up trash even if it’s not your mess.
Being noticed is the result of exhaustive preparation and work. And it’s often the big stuff that gets talked about. But the habit of doing things with intention starts small. Make purpose a habit…and it will be hard to hide.
